All courses sold on ApexDevs are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. Because access to course content is granted at the moment of purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed.
If you have not accessed any lesson content after purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date. To be eligible, your course progress must show zero lessons completed at the time of the request.
Email us at support@apexdevs.net with your registered email address, the course name, and your payment transaction ID. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: the course has been partially or fully accessed; the 7-day window has elapsed; the purchase was made during a promotional discount of 50% or more; or the refund request does not include the required information listed above.
If you are unable to access a course due to a technical fault on our side, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued regardless of access status.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
ApexDevs reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
