When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, and country. If you purchase a course, we also collect your payment transaction ID and billing currency. Course progress (lessons completed) is stored to power your learning dashboard. We do not collect payment card details — all payment processing is handled by PhonePe.
We use your information to create and manage your account, grant access to purchased courses, send transactional emails (receipts, enrollment confirmations, password resets), and issue course completion certificates. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
ApexDevs uses Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and PhonePe for payment processing. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and handle the data needed for their respective services. No payment card information is stored on ApexDevs servers.
We use authentication cookies to keep you logged in across sessions. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and do not track you across other websites. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data and purchase history will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can update your name, mobile, address, and country directly from your profile page. To request full account deletion or a data export, contact us at support@apexdevs.net.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by row-level security policies that ensure users can only access their own records. We apply the principle of least privilege throughout the platform.
ApexDevs is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
